Required dynamic Accounts Assistant capable of working independently.

Job role and Responsibilities

• Handling day to day Accounting work
• Maintaining accounts transactions under computer accounting system
• Passing Bank Entries Receipt, Payment, Contra & Journal Entries in Tally ERP 9.
• Passing Sales & purchase Entries in Tally ERP 9.
• Making Profit & loss a/c, Balance sheet & Computation.
• ROC
• Finalization of Accounts
• Finalization of Bank Statement in Tally ERP 9.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable – record and pay vendor bills.
• Accounts Receivable – Record customer invoices, post payments to correct invoices, follow up with customers about overdue invoices on email/phone.

• Monthly close and reporting – reconcile and review books of accounts within prescribed deadlines each month.

• Online filing of income tax returns of individual & companies.
• TDS Compliance and TDS Return filling.
• GST and Return filling.
• 26AS Reconciliation

Qualifications –

• Male/ Female can both apply
• BCOM/Graduate/CA Inter
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience
• Self-directed and capable of working independently
• Age 24 to 32 years
• Salary 15k to 19 k per month
• Should stay at a distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from Salt Lake Sector V.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹19,000.00 per month
