The HR Accounting Assistant is responsible for handling general office and clerical duties including Accounts Receivable Payable processes, Billing submissions, employee documentation for on-boarding and off-boarding, and other HR-related responsibilities for one of our USA Client. In this role, it is crucial to be able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Effective communication with facility staff members, owner, and centralized Accounting and HR Services is critical. Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills are requirements.
