BGR Mining&Infra Ltd Hiring for Manager Accounts at Amrāpāra Full Time

Job Roles && Responsibilities of Manager-Accounts :

· To supervise all the day to day activities of junior accounts staff posted at site.

· To follow the time lines Continuous review & reconciliation with Head office books.

· To raise monthly invoices with due coordination with Mine Engineers.

· To verify and approve all the local service bills payments checked by Junior accountants.

· Monitor of Diesel levels and raising timely indents. MIS on diesel consumption on weekly basis.

· Implementing and suggesting cost control measures to Project In charge on all areas of operations.

· Follow up for bills realisations from Clients for timely payments

· Liaison with Bankers,Internal and Statutory Auditors during their site visits.

· Verification and payment of all site bills relating to Work order/Service Agreements for any Services related to Hire Vehicles,Security services and Drilling

· Submission of data to Head office for filing Statutory Returns/Reports(GST,TDS,VAT)

· Physical verification of Stores/ Stocks on fortnightly/ monthly/quarterly along with stores in charge

· Store Outward Register Random Checking on continuous basis.

· Submission of MIS reports to Head office

· Bank reconciliation of site bank accounts

· MIS Reports(Production,HSD and Others)

· Verification and approval of service bills of Hire vehicles,Secuirty services,Drilling Meterage

· Raising the Escalation/extra works bills on Clients.

· Submission of necessary data to Head office for preparation of budgets/tenders etc.and submission of stock statements on monthly basis to Bankers.

Educational Qualification: Any Commerce Post Graduation /CA/ICWA/M.Com

Key Skills :

• Must have Tally ERP Experience
• Must have Experience on TDS & GST
• Must have Experience on Finalisation of Accounts up to Trial Balance
• Strong Accounting Knowledge to handle Multiple organisations
