Job Description:
1. Develop, hone and execute new improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing
2. Delegate tasks and supervise the work of purchasing and procurement agents across all departments
3. Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
4. Institute policies and procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics that will reduce our overall expenses while increasing productivity
5. Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks
6. Coordinate deliveries
7. Create policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation
8. Maintain records of goods ordered and received
9. Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff and allocation task.
10. Maintaining the supplier database, Purchase records and related documentation.
11. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventories needs
12. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
13. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets

Candidate Requirement
1. Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
3. Excellent managerial and training skills
4. Strong Planning and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently..
