Following Terms:
– Factory managers supervise factory workers and ensure that factory operations run smoothly.
- Planning factory daily routines
- Supervising the factory workers on the production floor.
- Maintaining high standards of the production line.
- Implementing production strategies as per the requirements.
- Monitoring the factory operations.
- Taking corrective action as and when required.
- Resolving any factory-related issues.
- Assigning tasks to the factory staff
- Ability to multitask simultaneously.
- Computer literacy
- EXPERIENCE: 2-3 YEARS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: INR18,000.00 – INR25,000.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate: Ankleshwar, Gujarat:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
