Job Title: Lab Chemist

Qualifications:
B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry
Experience:
Fresher to 4 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., cement, paint, or related manufacturing)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sample Analysis: Conduct routine chemical analysis on samples and record findings.
Quality Control: Test raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Instrument Handling: Operate and maintain lab equipment, such as spectrometers, titrators, and other analytical instruments.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all analyses, findings, and processes for reporting and compliance purposes.
Safety Compliance: Follow laboratory safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock of chemicals and supplies, and report shortages.
Collaboration: Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality standards are consistently met.
Skills Required:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of chemical safety protocols.
Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
