All educational programs initiated by Bharti Airtel Foundation entail close partnerships with the government, policy makers, corporations, local communities and the general public. These programs aim at holistic development of children making them employable citizens with a deep sense of commitment to society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create co-scholastic / scholastic content for teachers (Storyboard and presentation)
• Document all content gaps and create content creation plan.
• Interact with vendors and drive content development.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and ensure content is created within planned timelines.
• Create new process to speed up the content creation.
• Develop quality framework ensure high quality of content.
• Generate new ideas of content presentation for better teacher engagement on the platform.
• Create teacher club and drive content creation with the help of teachers.

Key skills & Competencies:

• Subject matter expert (Hindi) with relevant experience in e-learning domain.
• Storyboard & Presentation Skills
