Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
• Receiving and dispatching deliveries
• Informs visitors by answering or referring enquiries
• Directing the calls to the appropriate person
• Maintains the visitor and attendance register
• Managing the hotel and the travel bookings of the employees
• Coordinating with the admin department for the office supplies.

Skill required:

• Should have atleast 3 years of experience in handling up to 200 extensions
• Should have good communication skills
• Should be aware of the IRCTC portal and other online travel applications
• Should be presentable
• Should be good in coordination
• Female candidates are more preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 10 Years.

Location: Mumbai (Nariman Point).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
