• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
• Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new hires.

Employee Relations Engagement

• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and cultural programs.
• Ensure proper communication of policies and updates to employees.

Attendance, Payroll Compliance

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
• Assist in handling labour law compliances and liaison with government authorities.

Training Development

• Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
• Arrange skill development, product knowledge, and soft-skill training sessions.
• Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.

Performance Management

• Assist in implementing appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance.
• Coordinate performance review meetings and maintain related records.

HR Administration

• Maintain HRMIS/employee database with updated records.
• Handle exit formalities, clearance, and full final settlement.
• Prepare HR-related MIS reports for management.
