Overview:
Driving business development across product segments of CDG & LSG by leveraging its growth potential by adopting a focused approach towards the Government market like State Directorate health services, State National health Mission , Sate Health and Family Welfare, State Free diagnostics Scheme, Army, Railways, ESIC and public private partnership with State govt projects.

Identify and develop Key stake holders in High Potential Institutes for collaboration and business development for overall health care access and inclusion

Educating stakeholder and creating a dialogue for improving partnership in the Public health domain

Represent in all the healthcare committees, policy making and advocacy initiatives at state levels

Effectively utilize Product marketing resources to develop business opportunities in Govt sector

Sustain and grow the existing PPP and Govt projects.

Responsibilities:
Business Development

Working with Forums and committees for advocacy initiatives, tracking opportunities at State level and avenues for collaboration

Develop and execute annual and long term strategies for aligning Government Health care policy for Bio-rad .

Work with Regional manager and respective Business Unit Managers to establish product/procedure funnel priorities for implementation.

Map public and/or private healthcare system structures. Understand how funding flows through the system, hospitals on a State or Local level.

Help shape government healthcare policies through education. Identify funding decision makers, decision influencers, and stakeholders in public and/or private healthcare sectors.

Cultivate strong working relationships with key opinion leaders, internal customers, professional medical organizations, advocacy groups, affiliated industry groups, and administration groups, etc.

Leads Projects and works closely with Different functional teams to accomplish strategic objectives.

Selects and manages outside consulting projects (if appropriate) on time and on budget.

Coordinate national programs supporting therapy and market development strategies in the field of reimbursement and financial coverage for new and existing scientific research.

Distribution

Identify and recruit channel partners and commercial partners after due diligence for all the key accounts & State MOH

Timely completion of activities as per the agreed activity calendar

Public private partnership

Engage with State Govt to explore Research PPP, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

Develop Healthcare PPP / selecting partners and offering and implementing the same across the country through engagement activities with stake holders state MOH

Project Implementation

Provide timely and effective communication with Product managers, Sales Managers, get the according to business strategy and direction to ensure the effective implementation of projects in the country.

Organize regular communication with support team and local account managers to coordinate projects at the local level.

Compliance

Ensure compliance adherence to company policy and guideline with applicable standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum: Graduate / Post graduate in Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology

Desirable: Marketing / Business qualifications

Experience:
