Ideal candidate
1. CA Inter pass, with minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, may or may not be pursuing CA Final.
2. Understanding and operating tally, other ERP’s like Marg, GST doc preparation, TDS calculations and documentations, accounting book keeping, billing and stock keeping, government compliances book keeping and any matter related to accounting and finance on a day to day basis.
3. High on integrity, very accountable and looking to stick for longer period.
4. Ability to learn things quickly, sharp mind to solve day to day problems.

Main responsibilities for the candidates:
1. Daily accounting, file and book keeping
2. Billing, operating on software tally, marg etc
3. GST, TDS preparation
4. Coordinating with the CA firm
5. Office administration
6. Stock keeping and despatch, logistics coordination
7. Bank coordination
8. MIS – debtor, stock reports every month and sending to clients
9. Any other operation work from time to time
10. Strategic initiatives
11. Month end collection reminders
12. Bank finance documentation
13. Govt authority compliances and documents preparation
14. Personal account keeping, income tax documents preparation.
