Job Description:
You will also be responsible for multitasking effectively and perform repetitive data entry tasks accurately with excellent attention to detail. Part of the task also involves handling research-based projects and preparing source databases for compiling and sorting information.
Key Responsibilities:
Enters information in CRM using data from reports.
Comprehensive understanding of data contained in CRM reporting.
Manages a high volume of reports and tasks.
Works with data in CRM to provide accuracy.
Handles research-based tasks and prepares source data for compiling and sorting information.
Maintains data entry requirements by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects information by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Able to work efficiently without distraction to keep up with demand of the business line.
