Your responsibilities
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in similar capacity with great client facing skills are required. With strong technical & client understanding are required.
Our requirement
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and direct customer toward solutions.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
- Providing creative workarounds and solutions that will enable customers to continue having faith in product despite product implementation obstacles.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related to product use, design and configuration.
- Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Strong written english skills(Good English Speaking would be advantage)
- Technically sound knowledge to understand our Digital Products
- Male candidate preferred
- should be ready to work in evening shift
