Roles & Responsibilities
- Carrying out all facets of the Marketing & Sales process like Market research, finding leads, working on client needs assessment, online Product demonstration, Negotiation, sales closures and customer relationship management.
- To succeed on this job requires qualities such as negotiation, communication, and
organizational skills. - Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job
- knowledge and expand personal network.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Audit accuracy.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
