Job Title: Consultant- Product Management – IT (I9) Location: Bangalore – India The Order Experience Product Management aims to build products that differentiate Dell in the market by enabling industry-leading, best-in-class order experience and making it simple and easy to receive Dell purchases. We accomplish this by creating and delivering precise commitments across our competitive fulfilment choices, communicating order information effectively, preventing issues, and delighting our customers in all interaction steps. What you’ll achieve As a product manager, you will be responsible for re-defining the customer experience by driving future strategy, enhancements and strategic initiatives on Dell’s order experience communication. You will:

• Own the vision and product roadmap for Customer Communication suite of products, working with business stakeholders and other critical IT stakeholders
• Work with product development leaders in engineering teams to ensure customer needs and requirements are represented.
• Use data and customer insights to find opportunities, track results and drive decision making around Customer Experience
• Work with cross-functional product managers at all levels to drive product strategy and serve as subject matter thought leader and trusted advisor with an extreme focus on customer experience

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management or business consultant role, launching customer facing products
• Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
• Define and manage requirements for Order Experience capabilities, including business solution concepts, user stories, and other documents
• Self-directed with a record of driving product capabilities to successful outcomes within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and exemplary writing skills, and an innate ability to make very complex concepts and offerings intuitive and straightforward
• Be able to gain the trust & respect of engineering, dependent teams, and stakeholders to deliver results

Desirable Requirements:

• Undergraduate/Post graduate degree in Engineering or MBA experience in product management with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in building customer facing product capabilities.
• Self-directed and ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within fast-paced digital transformation environment
• Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings
• Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies
