JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to handle Outlook Calendar, set up meetings
Must be able to take minutes of meetings and publish these
Must be able to coordinate travel, visitors, and other office administration requirements from time to time including organizing Events
Must be able to handle some mundane tasks including updating Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint pages with inputs
Must be highly responsive, professional, and sincere
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in MBA/BBA/Graduate
8-12 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
