Work Location : Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur (On-Site)

What will you do ?

Collaborate with all teams to identify assortment, marketing and other customer levers for the city.

– Handle the city operations team to ensure smooth operation.

– Deliver best customer experience at minimum cost with key metrics — on-time delivery, complete orders and orders without complaint.

– Identify and fix leakages in the system-wastage, pilferage and any other areas to optimize cost

– Maintain system hygiene in inventory, order management, and other system controlW

– Keep the team motivated and accountable at all times.

Qualifications

– Graduate/Postgraduate with strong experience of 3+ years in operations.

– Highly data-driven individual who enjoys on- ground operations.

– Experience of operating in a fast-paced high growth environment.

– Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic organization.
