Job Description
HCM & Taleo Patch, Release Administrator. (Entry Level)

Purpose

To analyze and coordinate periodic releases patches of HCM and Taleo applications and help development and business teams on service requests, environment refreshes in coordination with Oracle.

Overview

Reviews periodic release notes and application patches to coordinate the impact analysis with various functional SMEs.
Works as single point of contact for Oracle service request needs of Technology and Business teams.
Responsible for any object migrations of HCM and Taleo for any Enhancements, Project releases.
Will help with any daily data masking tasks on test environments.
Work with Batch scheduling, functional and development teams to plan and coordinate on outage events for releases and periodic maintenance activities.
Responsible for batch monitoring and taking steps on failures for some of the generic Oracle seeded processes.
Involves in developing simple to medium OTBI and BI reports pertaining to Audit, security and Core HR modules.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Technical skills, including query writing and execution, data validation and analysis,
Prior knowledge or exposure BI and OTBI reporting.
Understands waterfall software development lifecycle, familiarity with an agile methodology is a plus.
