Receptionist / Admin Assistant
In addition to reception, should be assisting HR for Admin and HR related routine works.
HR Activities:Maintaining Day to day Attendance and OT Details of employeesMaintaining employee’s personal files and Leave recordsPreparing attendance detail for salary process and organizing for bank A/C Opening for new employeesTaking care of Joining formalities for new employees and exit interview for resigned employees.Preparing Offer letters and experience certificates for employeesSubmitting Returns according to industrial Act Annual Returns and Half yearly returnsPreparing Measure of performance by employee’s attendance percentage and Attrition percentageAdmin Activities:Taking care of Security and Housekeeping of Organization and monitoring their work scheduleTaking care of customer and Employees welfare activitiesOrganizing eye check up for employeesSocial welfare activities like organizing blood campMonitoring the various types of movement registers like inward and outward registers and document control
