We have an Opening for the Post of Front Office Assistant Cum Receptionist
Exp:1-3 yrs
Location: Andheri West, Laxmi Industrial Estate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Finding best options for Flights on MMT, Agoda and other travel sites for Staff Travel
Finding best options for Hotel Stay on MMT, Agoda and other travel sites for Staff Travel
Answering calls and transferring to respective department within the organization.
Placing calls to vendors, customer or sales and training staff Pan India
Book Courier services for pick of documents and parcels readied for dispatch
Ordering Lunch for trainees on the day training are conducted at Mumbai Training Academy
Ordering for Stationery and other items needed for office maintenance and functioning
Any other task which would be assigned from time to time by immediate reporting manager/ Owner
