Qualification: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics

Experience: 1-2yrs

Details and Responsibilities:

* Responsible to repair the controller’s / PCB’s suitable for CPSD Products which will help to save branch’s material consumption cost & reduce Turn Around Time (TAT) of customer complaints, share MIS to SSG division.
* Cost Saving (Rs. 3 Lakh per month)
* Quantity of repaired controllers (100 Nos per month)
* Customer visit _d_uring escalations / major breakdown
* Assuring customer that problem will be handled professionally and to his satisfaction.
* Site observation on defective controller receipt
* Support for issuing repaired controllers against MR
* Technical support on escalated customer complaint
* Update on escalated complaints

Product Portfolio

* Technical Knowledge of CPSD products (i.e. Ducted Systems, VRF & Chillers (Scroll, Process, Screw, Centrifugal, Turbocor)

Functional Portfolio

* Knowledge of electronics components identification & functions.
* Knowledge of basic electronics circuits.
* Knowledge of electronics instruments e.g Multimeter, Function generator, Oscilloscope.
* Past experience in electronics Controllers / PCB / VFD repair & troubleshooting

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
