Job Description

BlueDrop Enviro Pvt Ltd is a fast growing Environmental Company based out of Hyderabad dealing with wastewater treatment. BlueDrop executes projects across India with various of teams deployed at project sites.We are looking for a SEASONED FINANCE CONTROLLER for an immediate hire.Roles and Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for overseeing entire finance and accounts operations including Accounting, Preparation of Financial reports, Taxation, Budgeting, Auditing, Finalization of Accounts, Fund Management, Costing, Statutory Compliance, etcThe candidate selected will be responsible for the following activities:

• Preparing cashflow statements weekly and monthly
• Plan, reconcile and control the project expenditures on a daily basis to be inline with the allocated budgets
• Monitoring the fund requirement
• Interface with procurement planning, budgeting and negotiating payment cycles with vendors and partners

• Preparation of monthly financial statement
• Finalization of Standalone and Consolidated Balance Sheet, P & L Account, Cash Flow and Notes to Accounts
• Leading Internal & Statutory Audit functions
• Managing and Implementation of Compliance (Direct tax & Indirect tax- GST, Income Tax assessments alongside Banking and Secretarial)
• Monitoring the fund requirement and Liaising and negotiating with banks for raising fund
• Implementing standardized project costing and reviewing periodically actual costing of all operation products of Company.
• Analyzing Procurements and capital budgeting

Desired Profile: A well qualified finance controller, with 10-15 years of experience, handling finance and accounts operations including Accounting, Costing, Ccashflow Statement, Fund Management, Taxation, Budgeting, Auditing, Finalization of Accounts, Statutory Compliance, Preparation of Financial reports etcCandidate staying in Hyderabad closer to HiTech city will be preferred
Should have strong leadership skills and attention to detail
