Blues N Coppers are a creative services agency based in Mumbai. We work with our clients to fulfill their marketing needs using virtual events and exhibitions on online platforms.Purpose of the role: You will be responsible to build client relationships and drive forward creative projects. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects from the beginning till the execution of the project.Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Media from a reputed college.
• Around 2 – 4 years of experience in a customer relationship/business development/sales role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Reporting to: Client Servicing ManagerJob Location: Mahim (West), Mumbai (HO):

• Lead the discovery and project kick off calls with the client to define the marketing objectives and goals.
• Understanding the brief and objectives and getting internal and external project members aligned with the project deliverables and goals.
• Develop genuine connections with clients to solve their business problems via our creative solutions.
• Determining and documenting the project scope essential for preparing commercial proposals.
• Consulting the client on the right solutions to achieve their business and marketing objectives.
• Leading creative projects, ensuring efficient execution of work while maintaining the quality standards.
• Providing all the relevant details required for project initiation to the team and collaborating to contribute with the project team.
• Conducting adequate research and gathering relevant material for interactive content development.
• Learning and keeping oneself updated with the best practices and latest trends.
• Carry out regular review of project status at the team level to keep a close check on the current performance level as well as explore and improve on areas of opportunity. Address issues & concerns, provide timely & effective feedback.
• Attend Industry conferences, meetings, and industry events.
