Position Purpose

Risk Dedicated Solutions (RDS) is an ITG-FRESH department hosting various applications relating to RISK monitoring, Credit Risk, Stress Testing and Capital Calculation. Within RDS: WDesk is licensed third party cloud based workflow management tool customized for FCG & IHC CCAR.

Build completely new In-house application to replace wDesk. Further enhance the tool to deliver complete solution in a phased approach. The position will require high reactivity and reporting skills in order to follow the IT activities. The position will lead to develop knowledge’s on various financial and credit rating relating topics as well as BNPP information system within a motivating environment.

Responsibilities

• Propose technical solutions adapted to the business needs (Contribute to technical requirements writings)
• Report to management on a regular basis (KPIs, Roadmap follow-up, incident/bugs tracking, budget consumption)
• Analyze and interpret requirement specifications received from analyst
• Liaise with analyst to ensure correct understanding and implementation of specifications
• Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received
• Work closely in a “one team” approach with all stakeholders during all phases of the SDLC, jointly providing high quality deliverables
• Participate in the testing phases (system, user acceptance, regression…) as required while coordinating with BA, IT and QA teams etc..
• Provide support to operations from a technical perspective

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Technical :

• Advanced knowledge of C# on Visual Studio using APS.NET Core Framework
• Experience in working on DevExpress (Good to have)
• Capability to parameterize web sites under MS IIS
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL database
• Designing Complex Web Applications as a full stack developer
• Knowledge on API and authentication process (Certificate management)
• Experience with GIT and Bitbucket
• Strong software design skills
