Finance Solutions ERP team is part of Finance Organization and help provide functional and BAU operational support for ERP Platforms. Team provides support for General Ledger, Intercompany, Source to Pay, Project Costing, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables, FCCS modules across Peoplesoft and Oracle Cloud Platforms. Team partners closely with Business Stakeholders, ERP technology and Finance Users to ensure that application platforms are managed effectively and provide great business value to our stakeholders. Team is looking for dynamic Finance professional who can work closely with project management, stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts to guide the Oracle Cloud Financials and EPM Enhancements and implementation efforts, lead functional team members and insure a successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities.
Act as solution lead and ensure successful analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enhancements across all Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
Collaborate with project management team and provide Oracle Cloud implementation expertise to inform decision-making
Assist in developing project roadmaps for iterative implementations and functional expansion in phases
Work closely with the Program Manager to develop detailed plans and assist with business process changes, problem resolution and functional decisions
Guide functional teams in best practices for Oracle Cloud configurations and business processes.
Proactively anticipate potential roadblocks and take corrective action to keep the project on track. Escalate issues to project management as needed
Act as an Oracle Cloud ERP knowledge resource for functional teams and train team members as necessary
Build strong relationships and trust with our Global partners
Qualifications
Experience implementing Oracle Cloud Financials Modules in a Functional Lead role
In depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials Functional capabilities in one or more of the following functional areas: General Ledger, Intercompany, Accounts Payables, Project Costing, Fixed Assets, Procurement or Reporting/Operational Analytics
Experience working on cross-functional team(s) in a collaborative development environment
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Proven ability to drive change
Proven ability to handle complexity
Strong customer service orientation, enjoys people
Curious, goal oriented and highly self-motivated with a passion for driving transformative change
Work experience in Financial industry is a plus
