BOEING Hiring for Associate System Design and Integration Specialist at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for a Systems Design and Integration Specialist to join our Information Technology Network Infrastructure Services Team located in Bangalore India. The candidate will develop, test and maintain software tools for network management and service delivery automation. The successful candidate will evaluate, develop, test and maintain software tools related to network management and service delivery automation.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs enterprise data network software tools product and component management to ensure technical viability and cost-effectiveness from the point of evaluation, through implementation and support, to retirement.
Uses technical expertise to help business partners and others by answering technical inquiries regarding the usage, trouble-shooting and functionality of delivery system products to ensure effective implementation and usage of delivered products.
Chooses and develops appropriate computing products and methods to ensure requirements are met for security, problem management, capacity/performance management and operational management.
Provide periodic updates to Boeing management in the form of progress reports, project summaries, and other related documents. This person will also be responsible for coordinating and communicating regularly with experts in Boeing organizations around the world.
Integrates computing product development with Agile processes to enhance automation benefits.
This position will require some after-hours work to support production-impacting maintenance activities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Demonstrable Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS
Ability to debug UI applications using developer tools and other UI tools.
Cloud Application Management and CI/CD tools
Database knowledge, Oracle, Postgres, SQL
Linux/Unix environment knowledge and experience
Scripting languages like Shell and Python

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

IBM BPM experience
Gitlab experience
Experience deploying applications to Apache Tomcat
Networking Knowledge
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Should be completely aware of coding standards and should be able to develop high performance & scalable UI applications

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically, 1 – 3 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc) preferred but not required.
