We are seeking an Experienced Accountant to support, execute and coordinate activities necessary for Cost & Financial Structure Management (C&FSM) within Finance Function in Bangalore, including but not limited to interact and partner with U.S. based C&FSM team to

• Manage chargeline set ups for international non-operating ABUs across Boeing enterprise
• Maintain international matrix and provide to International Finance
• Weekly publication for enterprise Financial Operations community
• Matrix supports monthly ICAT process for intercompany billing
• Identify and resolve incorrect /incomplete requests and facilitate support with outside accounting focals as needed
• Support development of international Exchange project (team meetings Tues/Thurs 8am CT)
• Support user acceptance testing
• Develop and communicate training material to process users
• Support clean up efforts of international matrix to eliminate downstream billing errors
• Formalize ongoing maintenance process of matrix cleanup
• Identify further clean up opportunities to utilize existing BOT
• Lead and communicate overall status of the international scope to leadership (monthly call)
• Initiate process improvements per Global practices to enhance the success of working together model called Follow The Sun.

Success in this position will require collaborating and communicating across different time zones. Special projects/assignments and support of Enterprise may also be required in this position.

Education:

Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounts is MUST with minimum 5 years’ related work experience. Prior Experience with EAS/CLAS in Boeing is strongly desired.
