BOLT Hiring for Channel Development Manager at Delhi, Delhi Full Time

Job Description:
The CDM appoints and manages Distributor and Dealer partners to effectively penetrate markets, expand distribution and strengthen trade relationship and hence facilitate sales of Bolt Charging products.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

• Appoint Distributor and Dealer/Retailer partners and grow distribution in the assigned geography
• Deliver volume & revenue sales targets
• Branding Accountability through extensive placement of live demo devices, marketing collaterals and In-shop Bolt display zones

Requirement:
3+ years of experience in field sales with proven track record of achieving sales targets

Self-motivated, ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Ability to take initiatives, executive plans and strategies in the assigned territory

Attention to detail and accuracy, should be a critical-thinker and a problem-solver

Should be able to recruit, guide and lead a team of 3-5 team members

Should be able to deliver basic product training & sales pitch to Distributors and Dealer partners

Preferred candidates from Telecom/Smartphones/EV/Automobile/FinTech industry

Technical / Professional Qualifications:
MBA with relevant work experience of 3+ years

Good written and spoken communication skills in English and local language

Should be able to grasp product & technical knowledge

Can interpret & construct performance reports
