Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by performing a variety of tasks related to employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and administrative functions. The HR Specialist will collaborate with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate and administer performance appraisal programs.
Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs.
Assist with payroll administration and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
