JOB DESCRIPTION

• On a daily basis collect the details of dispatched furniture with customer address from dispatch coordinator

• Call the customers within 3 days of delivery and ask them if they are clear with the BPS Policy or if they would need any clarification

• In case the customer had any confusions or wrong information, clear the confusion with the customer, find out the store that made the sale (internally) and update the particular store manager as well as the customer relationship manager. Ensure that the particular store team is retrained in BPS policy

• Confirm the tentative dates of BPS Visit with the customer at the first call and at each visit for subsequent visits. Block the calendar and assign the team members for the visit as per tentative schedule

• Call the customer two days in advance for the scheduled visit and confirm their availability. Keep the schedule or reassign as per discussion

• Plan BPS visits as per the availability of BPS team

• Update the team members about the day’s visits in the morning and give them a detailed schedule for the same

• Call customers for feedback once the visit is over. If any grievances, apologies to the customer and pass the details to customer relationship manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
