Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description :
1.Preparation of Computation of Taxable Income and preparation and filing of Corporate Tax Return for Corporates and Non-Corporates including Individual, LLPs and Trust.

2.Responsible for computation and payment of Advance tax liability of the company and its subsidiary companies.

3.Good knowledge and experience of Statutory / External audits as per Indian GAAP and Ind-AS and Tax Audit as per Income Tax Act

4.Support statutory auditors for Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audit and ensure timely closure of audits.

5.Co-ordination with consultants, research, preparation and filing of submissions related to all Direct Tax assessments, reply to show cause notices and drafting of appeals in relation to pending litigation.

6.Representation before Income Tax Authorities in relation to Assessments or Litigations includingE Representation of the company or its subsidiaries before tax authorities.

7.Preparation of response to notices/ letters issued by the tax authorities.

8.To liaison with tax authorities for inquiries, notices, rectifications, refunds etc.

9.Analysis / review of business agreements / arrangements, and day-to-day support for business queries.

10.Support in setting-up processes for any new compliance/ documentation requirement under Direct Tax law Support in Transfer Pricing compliance.

11.Monitor tax amendments and assess impact of amendments in tax regulations

12.Good working knowledge of Accounting Software and MS Excel
