Bookkeeperlive Hiring for Junior Accountant at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the reconciliation activities and closing processes
• General Ledger accounting entries
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Bank Account Reconciliations
• Data analysis and related corrective action associated with the accounting activities above
• Miscellaneous General Accounting tasks such as posting journal entries, invoicing, wire transfers, error corrections, reporting, account reconciliations, etc
• Exposure to and possible involvement in supporting multiple areas of ES including Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Payroll, Timekeeping, Tax, Global Disbursements, Orders to Cash, etc.
• Possibilities of role expansion and rotational opportunities in all Accounting areas including Fixed Assets, Intercompany & Payroll, etc.

Required Skills:

• Analytical, problem identification, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and ownership of assignment and a desire to improve processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment; must work well with others
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
