Short Description

To Lead Production Engineering and Tool Engineering for developing new models as well as running models production strategies which includes infrastructure planning(civil infra & machines) & execution, maintaining efficiency, effectiveness and drive improvements in all production related equipments and designing processes required to manufacture a high quality product in a repeatable and cost effective manner on mid term as well as Long term Production Plan basis.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance spares planning and inventory management for running of Maintenance (Planned, Preventive, Shutdown or Breakdown)

To analyse & plan for gaps & variance in Maintenance & Utility KPI (Key performance Indicators)

To plan maintenance budget with timely & effective execution of the same

Monitoring execution of Maintenance DWM activities to ensure execution of various maintenance plans and shop floor Management activities

Plan, manage & monitor project & activities as identified & directed by Maintenance head also considering other plants improvements for improving overall efficiency
