• Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Overseeing employee training and development
• Managing employee benefits and compensation
• Handling employee relations, payroll and HR administration
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date
• Supporting in performance management processes
• Assisting with the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in MS Office application
