Job Summary:
The Administrative Accounts Manager is responsible for managing financial records, overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of financial processes within the organization. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and collaborating with various departments to support the organization’s financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities: (Female candidates only)
Financial Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial transactions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
Manage accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and facilitate collections.
Ensure compliance with payment terms and financial policies.
Bank Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Expense Management:
Review and approve expense reports from employees.
Ensure expenses are in line with company policies.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Prepare and file necessary financial reports and tax returns.
Administrative Support:
Collaborate with other departments to support administrative tasks.
Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
Team Management (if applicable):
Supervise and mentor finance and administrative staff.
Provide training and guidance to ensure the team’s effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA is a plus).
Proven experience in financial management and accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Google sheets, Excel).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational and time management skills.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
