Job OverviewWe are looking for a candidate with a good ear and fast fingers to fill our opening as a medical transcriptionist in the medical records department. Every day brings a different set of challenges in this quick-paced behind-the-scenes area of health care, and the right person should be able to work quickly and accurately in this supporting role by maintaining the highest quality medical records for the care and privacy of the public we serve. You?EUR(TM)ll have the opportunity to train with the latest technology and strengthen your skills and understanding of medical vocabulary while providing a valuable service that helps both our medical staff and our patients.Responsibilities for Medical Transcriptionist:?~ Transcribe medical reports, summaries, office visit notes and other medical documents from recorded messages from health care providers?~ Provide online copies of transcribed documents to physicians or other providers for review and signature, making corrections or changes as noted?~ Familiarity with proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure as well as medical jargon and abbreviations for accuracy?~ Maintain patient records?~ Listening to physician-patient visit conversations and create clinical documentation within EHRs.?~ Create and summarize findings and insights into highly structured clinical notes with sections such as -?~ History of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, and plan details, PMFSH etc.?~ Communicate (oral/ written) with the client physician around any queries around the visit or documentation.?~ Adhere to quality guidelines established as per quality protocols.?~ Exceed CSAT expectations of assigned client physicians.?~ Become the primary scribe for 3 or more physicians across different specialties.?~ Support, supervise and train other scribes on the physicians that you are assigned as primary, to?~ Create more primary scribes within the organization.?~ Meet the productivity expectations as per the Budget.?~ Work with transcription equipment that can include speech recognition equipment, word processing, and computer software?~ Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality according to provider standards and government regulations?~ Review transcription documents for quality assurance and precision to spot and correct any errors that could impact patient care and medical liability?~ Create templates and enter data into electronic health record (EHR) systems for updated record keeping and archivesQualifications for Medical Transcriptionist:?~ Proficiency with EHR, Microsoft Office and speech recognition software?~ Previous experience in hospital or other health care setting?~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills?~ Certification in medical transcription (CMT), (if any)?~ Strong critical thinking skills?~ Ability to work and thrive in pressure situations?~ Punctual and reliable disposition?~ Superb listening and time management skills?~ Able to type 53 WPM with 98% accuracyQualification required: M Pharm /B pharm/ Diploma in pharmacyExperience: Medical Transcription/Scribe: 1 year (Preferred)Total experience – 06 months to 5yrsSalary offered – Up to 6 LPAShift availability: Day/Night ShiftCan join within 30 daysLocation: Ghansoli Mahape (Navi Mumbai)Contact No: Varsha HR -9967679792Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ?,15,000.00 – ?,35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
