Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete daily/monthly provisional and accounting entries(Sales, Purchase, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, payments) accurately.

• Monitoring the daily financial operations of the company.

• Tracking company’s financial states and identifying areas that need amendments.

• Research and analyze financial reports of the company.

• Stay updated with the trends in accounting softwares in the market.

• Compute TDS online, preparing TDS returns and ensure timely payments of the bank.

• Handling Bank/ Creditors/ Debtors Reconciliation.

• Auditing the financial transactions and documents.

• Handling GST Payment and Return Filing.

• Creating new vendor setups and defining their terms of payments.

• Keeping up-to-date records of inventory and account roles.

Requirements:

• Accountant with an experience of 2-4years.

• Knowledge of TDS and GST is a must.

• Strong computer and analytical skills that includes MS excel (ERP, SAR).

• Ability to multitask along with responsibility to take decisions.

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
