Profile Summary: We are looking to hire Jira Administrator who can help in upgrading our project’s current Jira Service Desk as it better aligns with ITIL standards.
Responsibilities:
Move to latest version of Jira Service Desk
Redesign landing page
Build/Expand Reporting Metrics Dashboards & Filters
New Categories, Workflows & SLA’s that best reflect our current process and are aligned with ITIL standards
Knowledgebase/FAQ Integration.
