Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures

Job Description

Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent. Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues. Communicates with direct team and supervisor.

Responsiveness to completing job tasks in a timely manner

To maintain the punctuality in shop floor, regular in attending shift working and adhere to break timings.

Knowledge and understanding of all phases of the job and those requiring improved skills and experience.

Ensure best production practices are getting implemented in the assembly process such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kitting solutions etc.,

Maintain 5S on workplace regularly.

Ensure EHS is adhered at every step starts from material receipt, storage, assembly, testing and packaging.

Communicate effectively to others to meet organizational goals

Understanding problems and making timely corrective action.

Maintain the production equipment and machines to ensure efficient operations.

Meeting customer Standards, efficiently drive work with little direction Beneficial characteristics, including professionalism, strong work ethic, self-motivation, positive attitude, and confidence.

Follow the required PPE’s as per job allocation.

To carry out the tasks and duties in well manner assigned by supervisor or functional manager.

To maintain the quality of output and productivity.

Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.

Work in a safe manner always, complying with Health, Safety and Environmental standards

Adapting to necessary changes from old methods when they are no longer practical, identifying new methods and generating improvement in facility’s performance.

Follow neatness and personal hygiene appropriate to position.
