Position Overview :

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Senior Development Engineer in Test to design, develop and install software solutions. SDETs responsibilities include gathering user requirements, defining system functionality, and writing code in various languages, like Java, C# programming languages. Our ideal candidates are familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment. Ultimately, the role of the Software Engineer is to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design

Essential Job Functions:

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions

• Write well-designed, testable code

• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility

• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system

• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures

• Document and maintain software functionality

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback

• Comply with project plans and industry standards

• Ensure software is updated with latest features

• Overall experience should be 6+ years

• Proficient in UI Automation (Selenium)

• Proficient in building automation solutions for web services (restful)

• Proficient coding in language: C# (.Net) or Advance Java – Must have 2-4 years of experience in one

• Expert in building test automation suits using Xunit framework

• Good understanding of, XML, Json structures

• Hands on experience implementing test automation solutions that can run on multiple threads using /Containers/Kubernetes

• Good understanding with test automation data setup using automated processes connecting to various data bases or web services

• Good understanding in building automated test solutions involving 3rd party integrations

• Hands on experience working with Scrum teams to understand functional requirements to identify areas and scope of test automation

• Advanced experience with CI/CD project’s involving Jenkins/team city/MS DevOps tools

• Intermediate level SQL language expertise

• Strong problem solving, analytical skills and ability to multitask

• Customer Oriented and ability to establish customer trust

• Mortgage industry and/or Financial Services experience is a plus

• Team player, pleasant to work with high level integrity

• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• US mortgage domain knowledge is preferred

• Flexible in terms of work location and timings

• Ability to perform tasks and complete projects with minimal supervision

• Bright & Self-learner
