We are excited to announce that our Multi Language Department is currently looking for a talented Operations Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for an Operations Assistant with keen eye to details to join our team and support our mission of localizing contents for diverse audiences worldwide.

What you will do:

• Monitor the monday.com production board. Ensure all items entered are correct and properly aligned with corresponding payments and invoices.
• Oversee financial reports to confirm all items are accurate and correspond appropriately with relevant data and documentation. Coordinate with finance teams to address any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist the Operations Manager in researching and developing new strategies for streamlining operational efficiency. This may include evaluating current procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions.
• Support in the creation of regular reports and analyses, leveraging data to provide meaningful insights into business performance. This will involve working with various data sets and using analytic tools to present findings effectively.
• Provide support in completing ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager. These could range from administrative duties to more complex project work, depending on the needs of the business at any given time.
• Assist in the design and creation of dashboards to monitor and track the progress of each team. Responsible for identifying mistakes, spotting trends, and quickly escalating any issues that arise. This will involve working closely with team leads and members to ensure they are using the dashboard effectively and keeping their information up to date.
• Proactively identify operational problems and contribute to their resolution. This will involve clear and concise communication, as well as collaboration with other teams, to bring issues to the table and work towards effective solutions.
• Provide support to team members as needed. This might include helping with task management, providing guidance on operational procedures, or stepping in to assist with tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations.

What we expect:

• Previous experience in Operations and Finance, preferably in a Digital/Production industry.
• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in using productivity tools, project management software, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledgeable with dashboard creation and monitoring systems can be advantageous in tracking team progress and identifying issues.
