Good Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Systems

Responsible for all department metrics reporting i.e. Productivity, OEE etc.

Responsible for Productivity and OEE improvement and and lead cost saving initiatives.

Responsible for training of employees including Supervisors and Engineers

Responsible to meet Schedule attainment and timely delivery to customers.

Understand Quality Systems and Customers requirement

Good Knowledge about IATF System requirement.

Knowledge about Budget preparation and cost control.

Understand Line Balancing, Manufacturing flow diagram, Work Instructions

Good Knowledge of Problem solving to submit ICA and PCA for internal and External Customer issues.

Good Knowledge about continuous improvement, 5’S Culture improvement,FIFO etc.

Good Knowledge about TPM culture.

Knowledge of Assembly and testing Machines for fuel handling and Evap products.

Knowledge about Wastages & work on Controlling Wastage

Daily Rejection Analysis to reduce rejection level

Better Understanding of drawings.

Understand Basic EH&S Requirements

Knowledge of work on SAP System

Other :
1 Good Communication Skill

2 Good Knowledge of World, Excel & Powerpoint

3 Should agree to stay in Gurgaon Only

4 Should agree to work with 6 days

5 Experience with Similar Industries

6 Can handle team of 6-7 Supervisors/Engineers
