Finance professional with accounts payable process experience to join in Finance team in ETTS Chennai plant.

Key responsibilities – Required:

• Lead the end-to-end activities involved in the Accounts Payable process – Bills accounting, payments processing, supplier accounts reconciliation and troubleshooting issues in the process

• Assist Finance Manager in Treasury and cash management process

• Ensure TDS compliance monthly and quarterly

• Comply with FEMA and other compliances as applicable for FOREX

• Interact with Bankers to ensure no major outstanding issue with RBI’s IDPMS

• Independently handle Statutory and Internal audit teams to resolve queries in the accounts payable process

• Adhere to internal controls requirement related to accounts payable process area

Other preferred skill sets:

• Working knowledge on Accounts Receivable process

• Automotive industry experience

• Fixed Assets accounting experience

• Exposure to basics of IFRS and USGA AP

Desired Profile

• 4-6 years of experience

• Understanding of Internal controls and end-to-end accounts payable process (from purchase-to-pay)

• Candidate with hands-on experience on dealing with stakeholders from diverse cultural, geographical and experience background

• Good communication skills and fluency in English (Written & Oral)

• Good working knowledge in SAP is a must

• Excellent Interpersonal and Analytical skills

Education

• B.Com./ BBA with M.COM/ MBA/MFM

• SAP Enterprise (HANA or R3 ), MS office along with typing skill
