• Internal Quality System Audits.

• Responsible for setup approval.

• Responsible for incoming, In-process & Final inspection.

• Experience of PPAP & APQP

• Must have knowledge of 7QC tools, SPC and MSA.

• Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, PDIR

• Assist in conducting product and process audits, layout inspection & SCAT scheduling and initiate corrective action

• Experience of Global 8D-problem solving system.

• Assist in understanding customer requirements and timely resolving of their complaints.

• Responsible for the upkeep, processing and distribution of all Quality System procedures and QC/QA databases as per Document & Data control requirements.

• Follow and practice safety and environmental policies and procedure.

• To actively participate in the company safety programs to achieve the yearly safety goals.

• To communicate and ensure that all employees in their team understand the policies and programs and follow them.

• Identification and closure of safety issues and their corrective actions.

• Training employees on safety topics and risk assessments (JSA).

• Continual improvement and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

• Make Understanding of Legal Register – Applicable to EHS & Follow & complies the scope compliance
