Job Description
Responsibilities:
Reporting to senior management for business and customer meeting coordination
Support to program managers for project level cost and associates attendance tracking
Support to associates for IT, travel and infrastructure dependency closures
Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar and sending reminders to stakeholders
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management team
Preparing facilities for scheduled events and business visits
Required Skills :
Good verbal and written communication skill in English and regional languages
Hands-on experience in event handling for customers and organizational meetings
Hands-on experience in creating MIS(documents, presentations, spread sheets) data
Ability to multitasking and proactive communications
Strong customer service and social skills
Qualifications
Degree in commerce, language, management or equivalent
6+ Years’ experience in administration and coordination
