Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any field
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in spoken/written English
2+ years experience in chat, phone, and email support
Ability to work independently without supervision
Responsibilities:
On-board new customers
Approach customers for feedback
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Gather and analyze requirement feasibility
Handle special requirements from customers
Interact with customers on chat/phone/email
Answer customer questions and resolve issues
Work with the QA team to ensure timely delivery
Build and send quotes as per customer requirements
