Job Description:Training Program General Administration Support & Coordination activitiesKeeping record of training attendance and learners feedbackSupplying training stationary on need basisStoring of HW and training materialsCoordinate in facilitating the new hires joining the academyPlanning meetings within the academyMaintaining the documentation partBook travel arrangements (for internal travel)Arrangement of Tea, Coffee & Biscuits every day during morning & afternoon sessionRaising PR, coordination and general arrangement of any HiTea/ Dinner/ other special arrangement for our Academy purposeRequired SkillsGood Communication in EnglishGood Logical Skills (to take decisions on given data, options, and constraints)Good comprehending capabilitySystematic working techniqueGood Emotional Intelligence (How does he react in adverse situation with Trainers, Vendors, Internal Customers)Respect to his/her values and corporate valuesResponsible and reliable personProficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Qualifications

Basic graduation in any discipline
