Job Description:
- Training Coordination – Pre-process
o Convert pipeline analysis to Training Calendar, month-wise, batch-wise, covering variant / location
- Training Coordination during training period
o On-day coordination – continuous
- Training Coordination – Post activities
o Assessment coordination, update records (LMS), feedback, etc.,
Required Skills
- Excellent Communication in English
- Good Logical Skills (to take decisions on given data, options, and constraints)
- Quick learner of new domains (Especially Bosch Related)
- Good comprehending capability
- Systematic working technic
- Effective Delegation
- Good Emotional Intelligence (How does he react in adverse situation with Trainers, Vendors, Internal Customers)
- Respect to his/her values and corporate values
- Responsible and reliable person
Qualifications
BSc or BCA graduation, desirable MBA/PGDM
Additional Information
2 to 4 years of experience in training management end to end, preferable with experience in training programs
