Job Description
Communication and Media Strategy
Drive, recommend and execute new approaches to deliver communications in more efficient and effective way to build empathy, compassion and concern.
Develop a storyline for projects and ensure consistent messaging across communication platforms.
Engage with stakeholders to understand, brainstorm and come out with ideas to spread awareness about the causes supported by RBEI/CSR.
Develop leadership messaging related to CSR projects or events.
Liaising with graphic design agency for development of copy/content, creative management of campaigns, etc.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on a regular basis (e.g. blogs, videos) about the project progress while coordinating with volunteers and NGO partners.
Update our CSR Webpages with current data, pictures and ensure receipt of a good coverage and visibility to all stakeholders.
Monitor media mentions by our stakeholders and in case of feedback, take necessary steps to resolve queries
Visit to projects sites to curate stories specific to Beneficiaries project we support and involve in publishing of content for Videos for various CSR Topics.
2. Branding
Undertake brand visibility programs to sustain Bosch brand as a socially responsible corporate citizen.
Create high level designs for posters/graphics and coordinate with Graphic vendors to obtain the creatives for organization wide communication.
Engage with stakeholders and respond to communication related queries in a timely manner and monitor responses.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like campaigns and competitions
3. Volunteer engagement
Promote employee engagement and drive volunteerism across the organization.
Support in planning Volunteer engagement activities and implementation.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Qualities:
Excellent verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively synthesize and present information to reach diverse audience, with appropriate degree of diplomacy and persuasion
Strong writing skills – able to quickly and effectively write media collateral, emails, and reports.
Proficiency in tools for design (Adobe spark, Canva…) would be valuable
Ability to clearly convey complex ideas in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences across multiple channels and forums
Self-starter, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Creative thinking
Ability to work in a relatively fast-paced environment with flexibility, efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a complex team effort
Strong organizational skills; strong detail-orientation and good team player
Honesty, compassion and empathy.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Communication or Mass Media, Diploma in Art and Design, Visual Communication
Experience : 5+ years
