Job Description
As a member of Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for working closely with business and function teams to identify opportunities for Digitalization within our organization.
You will create digital evolution roadmaps and carryout maturity assessments and monitor it
Lead technology proof of concepts and pilot projects
You play crucial role as a customer success manager in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions to drive business success
Responsible for developing thought leadership and eminence addressing the latest digital technologies
Primary Responsibilities
to identify opportunities for digitalization and process improvement across the organization in collaboration with business and function teams
Develop and implement digital evolution roadmaps that align with business objectives and priorities.
Conduct maturity assessments to evaluate the current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
Lead technology proof of concepts and pilot projects to explore and evaluate the potential of emerging technologies, such as blockchain and metaverse, in improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions, acting as a customer success manager.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and evaluate potential digital solutions and partners to work with.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Drive adoption
Support in defining the future technology landscape for business leveraging the art of possible based on advancement in IoT, Mobility, Cybersecurity, and Analytics
To closely work with multiple internal teams to leverage upon the central initiatives and common platforms for mutual benefit and value generation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
MBA or equivalent in Digital domain
Certification in Design thinking or UX preferred

Functional Skills
5-8 years of experience in digital projects, digital transformation, or a related role
Experienced in identifying business challenges and come up with solution approach in one of the functional areas – supply chain, finance, purchase or manufacturing
Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their potential application in the manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience in one of the digital technologies such as analytics, automation or similar.
Behavioral Skills
Good understanding of business process and exposure to SAP

Organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
